Why Are There Gaps at the Bottom of My Fire Pit?
Small gaps around the fire grate and the body are normal after use. The bottom grate may warp slightly from heat and weathering, as it’s spot welded to allow for expansion and contraction.

Can I Burn Firewood in This Fire Pit?
Our portable fire pits are designed for wood pellets or small wood pieces, while our patio fire pits are suitable for firewood.

Where Can I Buy Wood Pellets?
Wood pellets are available at stores like Tractor Supply, Menards, Walmart, and Lowe’s. A 40 lb bag provides approximately 6–8 hours of burn time.

How Long Will the Pellets Burn?
It takes about 10–15 minutes for flames to reach full blaze. The first load of pellets will burn for about 25–35 minutes before needing a refill.

How Should I Clean and Maintain My Fire Pit?
Inspect and clean your fire pit after each use. For stainless steel models, wipe with a microfiber cloth in the direction of the grain using dish soap or a cleaner specifically for stainless steel.
